Returns
Shop Visual Art by Jackie Mantey accepts returns of non-sale items within seven days of the delivery of your item for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for both delivery and return of your item, should you choose to return your item. When you receive your refund after the return has been received, the cost of delivery and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To commence your return, contact the shop to request a return shipping label via email. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
